I'm pregnant, can I still join classes?

YES! If your doctor has cleared you to exercise and you have no complications.

To find out which classes are suitable for pre-natal you can filter all classes

The Class Description will also explain if there are any pre-natal specific advice, like how many weeks you can take this class until or any modifications you could take if necessary.

If you're ever unsure or would like to chat with one of our skilled teachers, contact us. We love supporting you through your pregnancy! Your health and that of your babies is our top priority at this time.

If you'd like to know more about exercising while pregnant, read the Exercise During Pregnancy Guidance from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists or the Vic Government Better Health Pregnancy and Exercise Guidelines.

Is there such thing as too much Pilates?

We're huge advocates for any movement being better than no movement

2-3 classes a week is a good starting point when you’re new to a Pilates practice.

If you’re keen you can build up to 5-6 classes per week.

We recommend taking a mix of Class Styles to get the most out of your Good Times workouts.

How do I know if I'm doing it right?

Our skilled teachers give you options! And our inclusive way of teaching means you'll always be empowered to chose movements and options that feel right for you on the day. You're in charge, while we help facilitate.
